We’re a small, highly-skilled group located in Portland, Oregon with a focus on both excellent customer service and exceptional custom mold design and production. We use CNC CAD/CAM technology. We specialize in customized soap, wax, and chocolate mold design & manufacturing.
We’ve worked with small and large companies in both the USA and internationally. Our custom soap molds are durable and easy to use; our custom wax molds are perfect for ski, snowboard, surf, or surfboard companies for promotion and sales; and our custom chocolate molds are made with the highest quality food-grade material. Whether it’s a special design or a detailed company logo we can custom design a mold that is right for you.

OurPricing
We provide complementary design analysis and project consultation. Our pricing includes design, machine testing, and mold development.
- There is a $100 deposit to begin any project.
- Turnaround time (excepting rush orders, additional $100) is approximately two weeks.
- Finished artwork is required for all firm quotes, good for 30 days.
Additional Costs: Complex and sculptural designs, sectional and breakaway molds, large format mold trays and two-part mold systems involve additional costs which can be quoted once all project details are known.
OurProcess
Here’s how it works with us.
- Submit your design requirements and final artwork in vector format for review.
- We will provide design feedback, estimate of costs and timeline within 24 hours.
- We create design proofs for your review with a deposit of $100.
- With your approval of final design, we send you policies and terms of agreement and set the date of completion.
We protect your design ideas and mold production exclusively. We retain your master dies for a period of two years for quick turnaround on reorders. Your mold masters can be sent to you any time upon request.
OurMaterials
Our high-quality mold material will allow you at least 200-300 pours if used within recommended temperature ranges. Custom Mold materials: clear flex, food-grade plastics, silicone and food-grade silicone. We do not produce polycarbonate molds.

We can manufacture anywhere from twelve to 12,000 molds. We retain the master dies for a period of two years for quick turnaround on custom mold reorders. They can be sent to you any time upon request.
